/01Solutions
What your team asks, answered with data.
We measure public procurement of medicines and medical devices in Mexico and Latin America, so you can decide with figures you can present.
/02What we solve
Six topics that drive your sales.
Each topic starts with the big question. Below it, the ones your team asks next.
01Market
How much of what I sell does the government buy?
- How big is my market, and how much has it changed since last year?
- Which institutions and which states buy the most?
- Which products are growing and which are slowing down?
02Competition
Who sells to the government, and at what price?
- Who wins the most, and who is growing fastest?
- Where am I losing market share?
- Which products compete with mine?
03Price
Is my price above or below the market?
- What price does each institution pay?
- How did the price change from one year to the next?
- Where is my price costing me sales?
04Tenders
How do I prepare for the next tender?
- What was bought before, and who won it?
- At what price was it awarded?
- What happened at the bid opening and at the award?
05Opportunity
Where am I leaving sales on the table?
- Who buys what I sell but doesn't buy it from me yet?
- In which states do I have room to grow?
- Which institutions should I focus on first?
06Latin America
And in the rest of Latin America?
- What does each country buy, and from whom?
- Who are the big buyers in each market?
- How do the eleven compare in a single currency?

/06Frequently asked questions
What people ask us before getting started.
What does INEFAM do?
We measure the public healthcare market. Since 2006 we have been telling you what the public sector buys in medicines and medical devices, from whom and at what price, in Mexico and in eleven Latin American countries.
Where does the information come from?
From public procurement, which is open information. Our job is to make it comparable, so you can use it without redoing the math.
How up to date is it?
Each dashboard shows the date its information runs to. We publish every update after reviewing it, never before.
Do you only work in Mexico?
No. In Mexico we measure medicines and medical devices; in Latin America, public healthcare procurement in eleven countries.
Can I ask for something that isn't in a dashboard?
Yes. We build analyses and dashboards tailored to your company.
Can I see my market before I sign up?
Yes. In the demo we show you your own market: your products, your buyers and your competitors.
I'm already a client. How do I sign in?
With the Workspace button at the top right. Enter your email and you'll receive a one-time code. INEFAM will never ask you for that code by phone, email or message.
