/01Trust center
Security and trust, in writing.
For the compliance team onboarding a new supplier: how we protect your access, your company's information and your personal data.
/02How we protect you
What protects your access and your information.
What applies to Workspace, our dashboard platform, from day one and for every client.
01
You sign in without a password
To sign in, you receive a one-time code by email that expires shortly. There are no passwords to leak, reuse or leave written down.
02
Each company sees only its own
Your company's information is kept separate from everyone else's. That separation is enforced by the server on every query, not by your browser.
03
Every release is checked first
No update reaches your dashboard on its own: it is reviewed and published by a person. If something doesn't add up, it isn't published.
04
Access is personal
Each account belongs to one person, with what their company has contracted. If someone leaves your team, let us know at clientservice@inefam.com and we'll close their access.
05
There's a record
Sign-ins and permission changes are logged, so we can answer who signed in and what changed.
06
This site doesn't track you
inefam.com uses no tracking cookies and loads nothing from other domains: no analytics, no fonts, no ads.
/03Your code is yours
INEFAM will never ask for your access code by phone, email or message.
The code you receive works only once and is yours alone. No one at INEFAM, not support and not your account manager, will ever ask you for it. If someone does, it's a fraud attempt: don't share it, and let us know.
Our official domains
Before you type your email or your code, check that the address is one of these:

- Workspace, our clients' dashboards.

- MasterWolf, the artificial intelligence.
A page that looks like these at a different address is not ours. Report it to info@inefam.com.

/05Security
Report a vulnerability
If you've found a security flaw in inefam.com, in Workspace or in an email that claims to come from INEFAM, we want to know.
Write to us at info@inefam.com.
Tell us what you found
The address, the steps to reproduce it and what could happen. A screenshot helps.
Don't touch other people's data
Don't access, change or delete anyone else's information. No tests that take the service down and no tricking our staff.
Give us time
Don't make it public until it's fixed. We'll confirm we received it and let you know when it's resolved.
For tools: the same contact is in inefam.com/.well-known/security.txt (the RFC 9116 standard).
/06Let's talk
Your next move, backed by data.
We'll show you your own market: your products, your buyers and your competitors.
